TAX TECHNOLOGY
Lex Consult has technology solutions that provide fiscal security for its clients. Through these solutions, we perform an extensive tax audit and provide managerial resources that facilitate the decision making, based on the information presented to the Revenue Authorities in the files of the Digital Tax Bookkeeping (EFD), Digital Accounting Bookkeeping (ECD), Public Digital Bookkeeping System(SPED) – PIS/COFINS, IN86, GIA’s, GIA-ST, MANAD, SCANC, DIRF, DCTF, DACON and Sintegra. Besides that, we do the determination of State Value-added Tax(ICMS), Federal Value-added Tax(IPI), Social Integration Program(PIS) and Social Security Funding(COFINS). The company has a team of system analysts, with experience in tax enforcement proceedings, to develop the systems used to provide the consultancy services and also to develop customized systems to meet specific demands of its clients in the tax field.

Lex Consult’s team of consultants contributes with the development of the strategic plan of the companies, looking at them as a whole and evaluating their relationship with the internal and external environments. We also help our clients to diagnose their scenario in relation to the best corporate governance practices. We analyze the critical governance issues from the internal point of view of the organizations, working on the implementation of a model that is aligned with the best practices recommended by the market, formalizing it through documents especially formulated for each client.
